Your account

Your account is yours, not a workspace’s: one account belongs to every workspace you are a member of. Its settings are under Your settings, in the menu behind your name, and follow you to every workspace and device. A workspace’s own settings, members and keys are under Settings; see Team and roles.

You log in with your email address and password, or with Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. Under Your settings, Signing in, Connect a Google or Microsoft account that uses the same email address, so either logs you in; Remove takes one away again. Your only way to log in can’t be removed.

Choose Forgot password? on the log-in page, enter the address you log in with and choose Send reset link. The mailed link works once, for an hour, and only the newest one works. Choosing a new password logs every device out of the account, and confirms your email address if it was not yet confirmed.

An account with an authenticator app set up is asked, after its password, for the 6-digit code the app shows for Pixonaut; Use a backup code instead takes one of the single-use backup codes saved when the app was set up. Such an account logs in with its email and password, never through Google or Microsoft. Your settings does not yet offer setting up an authenticator app for your own account.

Under Your settings, Your data, Download gives you one JSON file of everything Pixonaut holds about your account, in every workspace you belong to: your profile, sign-ins, memberships and roles, preferences, phone number, Pixel conversations and uploads, notifications and what you did. It is made when you ask for it and downloads straight away. Pixonaut’s privacy policy, linked from Your settings, Terms and privacy, says what it holds and why.

Under Your settings, Your data, choose Delete account…, then Delete my account. Your account, every sign-in, your memberships and your personal data are deleted, and this can’t be undone. Your workspaces keep the record of what you did in them, without your name.

While you are the only admin of a workspace, your account can’t go: make another member admin first, or, if you are its only member, delete the workspace instead, which deletes your account with it.

An admin deletes a workspace under Settings, Delete workspace, by typing its name to confirm. It goes at once, with its sandbox, and its subscription ends; this can’t be undone. A workspace whose printshops still have open orders can’t be deleted until they are done. Members who belong to no other workspace lose their accounts with it. Unspent credits and order packs end with the workspace; see Billing.
